Mr. R. Joseph Leander, B.Arch (Dubai), M.ArchD (UK), MBA
Director, Oxford Group of Institutions

Mr. R. Joseph Leander is the Director of Oxford Group of Institutions. He holds a Master of Architecture (M.ArchD) from Oxford Brookes University, Oxfordshire, UK (September 2020 – May 2022), where he demonstrated outstanding leadership as Vice President of Events/Communities and served as a Faculty Ambassador.

He earned his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with First Class Honours from Heriot-Watt University, Dubai (2016 – 2020), a campus affiliated with Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Mr. Leander has also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA), enhancing his expertise in leadership, organizational management, and strategic planning.

Awards and Recognitions
During his academic journey, Mr. Leander received several accolades, including:

• Deputy Principal's Award for Academic Excellence – Heriot-Watt University (April 2018)
• Smart Design Award for Sustainable House – School of Architecture, Heriot-Watt University (May 2017)

In addition to his academic and architectural credentials, Mr. Leander holds an OSHA Construction Safety Certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. He is fluent in English, French, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Message from the Legal Advisor

Adv. Miracline Paul Susi Thirumalai, B.A., LL.B (Hons), LL.M., (NUS, Singapore)

is the Legal Advisor. She is also a member of the esteemed International Council of Jurists. She is always passionate about creative ideas and improvising them. She believes that learning is a lifelong process and school education is a substantial part of it. Her aim is to make school education a finest experience which would help the students achieve exceptional things in future

Mrs Anbarasi Thirumalai, B.Sc., B.Ed., B.L.

is the Secretary of Oxford Group of Institutions. She is also the Secretary of Tenkasi Matric, Matric Higher Secondary Schools Association. In addition to this, she is a member of the highly valued Tamil Nadu Union of Journalists. She firmly believes that dedication, commitment and focus are indispensible in a work environment. Her contribution towards uplifting the Oxford Group of Institutions can be seen from the outstanding academic and sport records of our schools.

Message from the Legal Advisor

Adv. K. THIRUMALAI M.A.,M.A.,CC&Edn.,B.Ed.,M.L.,

practicing at the Supreme Court of India, is presently the Legal Advisor of our Oxford Public School , Tenkasi. From 2002 to 2014 he served as the Principal of Oxford Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Tenkasi.In addition to this, he is the member of the esteemed International Council of Jurists and Indian Council for Cultural Relations. Due to his passion towards law, he successfully completed his B.L., first class with distinction and became the Legal Advisor of the Oxford Group of Institutions. He is also the Legal Advisor of Tenkasi Matric, Matric Higher Secondary Schools Association. He is a visionary in the field of education who always believes that there is no substitute to disciplined hard work.
